About
I’m Jared Warner, founder of Black Rabbit Consulting. I work with organizations to strengthen their programs, improve efficiency, and build practical solutions in areas like grant management, emergency preparedness, and cybersecurity awareness. My approach is grounded in real-world experience. I currently serve as the director of a local government organization, where I’ve spent over a decade leading initiatives that bridge technology, public health, and community engagement.
I hold a Master’s in Environmental Management, am a Registered Environmental Health Specialist in Ohio, and maintain my CompTIA Security+ certification. Over 20 years of experience as a business owner and agency director have helped me understand both the technical and human sides of solving complex challenges.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me hiking a new trail, reading a book, trying out a local restaurant, or playing board games with my wife and our three daughters.
